How do I request vendor tables?

Choose an event, select at least two available tables on the layout, complete the vendor request form, and submit it for Clear Lake Card Show review.

Is payment required online?

No. The website does not collect payment for vendor table requests.

What happens after I submit?

Your selected tables are held while the Clear Lake Card Show team reviews your request. The team will contact you after review.

When are my tables confirmed?

Your tables are confirmed only after an administrator approves the request.

What happens if my request is declined?

The selected tables are released for other vendors. No website payment was collected.

Can I pick exact tables?

Yes. Every available table on a published event layout can be selected by its table number.

Can I request just one table?

No. Vendor requests require at least two tables.
